This is the first What's for Dinner Wednesday post in awhile... so thanks for stopping by!
My husband loves to test out different marinades and dry rubs for barbecuing pork tenderloin. I think he tries a new one each time and I don't keep track ... but I thought I'd take some pictures and share the ones we tried this past weekend. Simply because they were gooooood!
The first was from Elly Says Opa! and was delicious. It includes some chili spice and lime juice. Great combo.
The second was from the Cook Like a Champion Blog and was also delicious. It was more of an herb-coated tenderloin as opposed to the full flavour of the first one.
Out of the two, the first one was our house's favourite.
How do you season your pork tenderloin? Any fun new recipes lately?
Happy cooking :)
