Slow Cooker Pulled Pork - What's for Dinner Wednesday

Hello all!
Hope you are having a great week so far! Thought I'd share a classic around here this week. Slow cooker pulled pork is simple and delicious. It's a great meal in a pinch and great for satisfying cravings for comfort food!

All we do is place a pork shoulder in the slow cooker with an onion (sliced) and some bbq sauce. Leave it for 6 hours on high and then pull apart the pork using 2 forks, mix up with the sauce and serve on fresh buns (with a slice of cheese, if you wish!). Yum!

Pardon the iphone pics! Rookie blogger here.

We also added some neon green coleslaw to the sandwiches, also yum!

What do you find satisfying in the winter? Stews? Mac and Cheese? Let's hear it!
Happy eating :)
