Have you tried the DIY Microwave Popcorn I posted about last week? I hope so. It's delicious.
Now, if you're ready to step it up a notch... you can make some popcorn, store bought or homemade... and then add this deliciousness to it.
It might not look like much here... but basically it's like homemade candied popcorn. Or Crunch'n'Munch, without the nuts. And stickier... and warm...
Ready to try it?
The recipe is from Cookbook Recipes and can be found here.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
9-10 marshmallows
12 cups (popped) popcorn
Directions:
1. Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows.
2. Microwave until melted, 1-2 minutes. Pour over popcorn.
I added 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to mine because it felt right.
It looks like a giant mess (and it is!) but it is SO delicious.
Dig right in!
Happy Wednesday :)
psst! I seem to be addicted to stuff like this... follow me on Pinterest to keep up with my finds!
